Examples of pen injector projects our staff have been instrumental on include technical and risk analysis and industrialisation of:

 

  • Generic fixed multi dose disposable pen injector for GLP 2 drug product.

  • Generic fixed multi dose disposable pen injector for parathyroid drug product.

  • Generic variable dose disposable pen for rapid acting insulin

  • Involvement at all stages from early concept, through to CMO selection and technical management.

  • In all the above cases, design and risk analysis proved that changes were urgent and neccesary.

  • Assessment of manufacturing line quotations for financial validity and technical generic variable dose disposable pen for rapid acting insulin.
